The NGO, DCVS, which is an all India level registered NGO, recognized by Govt. of India, has been a premier organization in the field of Counseling, guidance, making people aware of the job opportunities available in the global market, policy research, various opportunities available in public and private sectors in employment/self employment, conducting mass awareness generation programmes nationwide on burning issues, various activities of social upliftment & skill development training for better rehabilitation of the people from the down -trodden section of society, for the last 30 years.

We are the recognized Vocational training Provider (VTP) under the Skill Development Initiative (SDI) Scheme under the Directorate General Employment And Training, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Govt. of India. We are empanelled as Skill Training Provider under EST&P-UTTHAN component of Deen Dayal Antyodaya Yojna National Urban Livelihood Mission (DAYNULM) SUDA, Loni Ghaziabad, in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. We are also empanelled with Uttarakhand Skill Development Mission (UKSDM) Dehradoon, Uttarakhand. The NGO is recognized by ZMDTC, KVIC, Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India , New Delhi to conduct various Skill Development Training Programmes since 2005.

The NGO is empanelled by the Delhi Minorities Commission, Govt. of NCT of Delhi as Mother NGO for the socio economic empowerment of the minorities of Delhi. The NGO is also affiliated/ empanelled with the training and technical education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi and NIOS, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India to conduct various skill development training programmes. The NGO has been empanelled with the National CSR Hub, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, for various CSR activities and Skill Development training in Livelihood.
